Hello! My name is Matt Schofield, co-owner of Elevated Property Solutions and Elevated Real Estate Group. My work in real estate started at 19 years old, working with contractors and builders across the Treasure Valley. I jumped back into real estate as an investor 7 years ago and I am also a REALTOR® here in Idaho. Being an investor, property manager and real estate agent, I have a great understanding of the real estate market here in Idaho. Additionally, I have managed a very large team in customer care operations. This helps you be confident that you will get deep knowledge of the market, along with top notch customer service! I have a wife, Angelina and daughter, Paisley and love spending time with them, watching sports and going to events and concerts.

Adam Jacobs, REALTOR®, Owner
Hello! I am Adam Jacobs, a successful licensed real estate agent in Idaho with a vast knowledge of the housing market in the Treasure Valley as well as surrounding areas. I became involved in property management after becoming a property investor myself over 6 years ago and managing my own portfolio of single and multi-family homes. Along with my business partner, Matt Schofield, we own over 25 doors that we manage ourselves. We both have a strong background in customer service and serving in operations leadership positions in Corporate America for many years. We are devoted to finding the best tenants possible, keeping a mindset of maintaining and caring for your properties as if they are our own, and create strong working relationships with each owner. Personally, I am a devoted family man who has been married over 20 years to my wife, Katherine. My passions involve traveling with my family and staying active. I dedicate my free time to coaching youth sports for my boys as well as participate as an active volunteer at my children’s schools.
